Service Agreement

A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Final payment is due before or on the day of your session. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of your session via digital gallery. We retain the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for being punctual, prepared, and cooperative during sessions. Weather-related rescheduling will be accommodated when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect the session.

Copyright

We retain copyright to all images while granting you usage rights for personal use. Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement.

Equipment and Technical Issues
